I’ve been attending Denise’s classes since before Christmas 2008 and find them a good mix of aerobic workout and toning exercises  Denise is very professional and friendly, the music is up-to-date and I’m really glad to have found a decent class close to home.

I look forward to the uFIT2 class on a Thursday evening. I feel the whole class is beneficial but I especially like the stretching exercises, we use bands which enables you to reach your ultimate stretch. Everyone is very friendly and Denise makes you very welcome.

Denise’s classes give a great workout with us all working at our own fitness levels. We’re never made to feel like we have to keep up and she gives us loads of alternative exercises to try. The class has a lovely friendly atmosphere, with us all getting on like a house on fire. I have finally found a class that is fun to attend.

I have been coming to Denise’s classes since September 08. I really enjoy the workout and stretching and I am beginning to see the results!

A really good workout! Denise is good with additional information. I have learnt that ladies have a six pack too. (Rectus abdominis). My aim is to find mine, it must be hiding in there somewhere. Thanks Denise for a good fun class.

Enjoyable and friendly atmosphere. You feel good afterwards and are able to go at your own pace with no pressure!

Since I started going to uFit2 I have more energy and feel a lot more toned than I did before. It is a fun class and easy to follow. Everyone I have met in the classes have been friendly and easy to talk to.
