Cardiovascular fitness is often referred to as 'endurance', 'stamina', 'cardio respiratory fitness' (heart and lungs) or 'aerobic fitness'
They all relate to the ability to Take In, Transport and Utilise Oxygen.

Any activity that is rhythmic , continuous and uses the major muscle groups under low to moderate tension over an extended period of time
